The tub conveyor is designed for 660 and 460 L plastic tubs (bottom dimensions 105x124cm) and is built to withstand stacks of tubs. The device is designed with the intention of being part of a larger tub system. Depending on the length of the device, which depends on the customer’s wishes and how many levels of tubs are on the belt, the number of tubs the belt can store at once varies.
For example, a 6 meter long belt can have 4 tubs along the length and up to 6 tubs stacked up in height, or up to 24 tubs on the conveyor at the same time.
The tub conveyor is as part of a system and is fully automatic. Low maintenance costs together with labor savings and a longer life of the tubs due to better handling, are key aspects in the design and construction of the device.
Most components of the device are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and other materials that are approved for handling containers for the food industry.
