The tub conveyor is designed for full 660 and 460 L plastic tubs with a bottom dimension of 105x124cm and is built to withstand a single stack of tubs. The device is designed with the intention of being part of a larger tub system. The conveyor receives a stack of full tubs and positions it in the correct position for the full tub stacker and then transports the tubs from it and to a tub lift for emptying.
The tub conveyor is as part of a system and is fully automatic. Low maintenance costs together with labor savings and better durability of the tubs due to better handling, are key aspects in the design and construction of the device.
The components of the device’s are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and other materials approved for handling containers for the food industry.
