Tub stacker for empty 660 and 460 L plastic tubs (bottom dimensions 105x124cm). The device is designed with the intention of being part of a vessel system. Can stack up or down. Works the stand from below, lifts everything except the bottom tub and lets it continue during de-stacking and during stacking, the device lifts up the tub(s) and adds a tub underneath. The stacker produces up to 80 baskets per hour. Maximum lifting capacity is 750kg. The vat stacker is fully automatic, with good performance and fine efficiency. Low maintenance costs together with labor savings and better durability of the vessels due to better handling are key elements in the design and construction of the machine. Most of the device’s components are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and other materials approved for handling containers for the food industry.
